I've been studying the calendar to see if I can squeeze in another trip to Tobias Huerta Talavera and also to visit the other 2 Huerta stores across the street. I made the mistake of looking at Maximo and Tomas's stuff online and now I have pangs. I think there is a good reason why I didn't hit these places when we first moved here. I'm a Talavera addict.
I absolutely love all the bright colors. I would come back looking like Rainbow Brite on speed. Or, maybe our house would.
I tried egg chalk this week....I was prepared for the mess, but it was much more time consuming than I had anticipated....although we found some fun tricks up our sleeves, such as glitter and neon tempera. Wish you could have been here to join the chaos with me :)

The chalk eggs are freaky messy, but they looked great!
